We need to remove the implementation-status: backlog of the tests and update expectations. We should run these tests with:
prefs: [fission.disableSessionHistoryInParent: false, dom.navigation.webidl.enabled: true]
now that Android SHIP has landed, and we should be able to run Navigation API tests there as well.
